Fruit found on Koh Phangan

There is an abundance of fruit grown on koh phangan from home yard growing to family farm business with two of the most popular being papaya and banana as they are relatively simple to grow. Often on the road sides around Phangan, what may look like jungle canopy are in fact fruit trees, looking closely a bunch on bananas may even be spotted. Remember, although they may look wild they have in fact been grown on purpose and normally do belong to someone.
Pineapples are grown through the Island and seem to grow well here, jack fruit as well.
