There are several internet cafes and wifi zones in Haad Salad, some of which are part of bungalow resorts or hotel accomodation. Salad Beach Resort has a fast stable connection, Salad Hut and Cookies both have wifi.
There is one ATM in Haad Salad, opposite Jay Jay and Reggea Village at the front of the Haad Salad Kwiki-Mart. There is no currency exchange booth that is licensed by a Bank.
Telephone calls both domestic and international can be made at any internet cafe, rates differ.
Message huts are stationed along the beach, the most accessable being the Myway message hut, the massage sala outside Salad Villa and the message ladies between Coral Beach Bungalows and Salad Hut resort. All offering thai, foot and oil message right on the beach.
There is one hair saloon on the road to Myway bungalow, in a terrace of five shop houses. The saloon is next to an authentic thai market restaurant which serves very good thai food at market prices. There are also a couple or shops selling food and drink supplies, snorkels and beach ware. A jewerllery store is also located on this small soi.
